Since 2003, Scott has personally operated Options for Senior Living, one of Arizona's most respected care navigation agencies — completing over 4,500 placements across Maricopa, Pinal, Gila, and Yavapai Counties. In 2021, he founded Senior Resource Connectors.
A true industry pioneer, Scott co-founded PASRS in 2010 and the NPRA in 2017 — establishing best practices, certification, and a code of ethics for the placement profession. Through the Aging Parent Tribe — Phoenix, he continues to help families navigate the complexities of aging care. Now, through Senior Navigator Academy, he's training the next generation of care navigators to build six-figure businesses with integrity.
